Jax jurors bank on flip-flop

now say he's guilty, plan books

LOS ANGELES - Two jurors who acquitted Michael Jackson of child molestation charges now say they think the pop star was guilty - and they are penning tell-all books about the jury's deliberations, the Daily News has learned.

"Guilty As Sin, Free as a Bird" is the title of 79-year-old Eleanor Cook's tome, according to Larry Garrison, president of Silver Creek Entertainment. He will co-write the book with Cook's granddaughter.

And Ray Hultman, 62, will pen "The Deliberator" along with former Jackson family friend and author Stacy Brown. He co-wrote the successful "The Man Behind The Mask" with Jackson's former publicist Bob Jones.

"These books are going to rock the nation," said Garrison, a film and TV producer.
"Elly and Ray are two of the three jurors who [initially] voted for 'guilty'" Garrison said, referring to the early balloting in the jury's deliberation process.

Garrison declined to identify the third juror he said initially voted to convict the pop star.
On June 13, after 32 hours of deliberation over seven days, 12 jurors voted unanimously to acquit Jackson of charges he molested a 13-year-old cancer survivor after plying the boy with alcohol.

Ironically, in interviews immediately after the verdict, Cook fervently supported the verdicts, and she openly mocked the accuser's wacky mother, whose trial testimony was punctuated with annoying finger snaps.

"Don't snap your fingers at me, lady!" Cook said at post-verdict press conference where jurors explained why they acquitted Jackson.

Most said they felt the family had credibility problems and the evidence was weak.
Garrison declined to reveal what went on in the jury room or why Hultman, Cook and the third juror changed their votes from guilty to not guilty.

"The jurors had made a pact to stick together" and not talk about what went on in the jury room, Garrison said.

But after several jurors appeared on CNN's "Larry King Live," Hultman and Cook felt "that was it" and decided to reveal the inside scoop, Garrison said.

A film about the Jackson jurors' experiences is also in the works, Garrison said.

Full Description of event/sighting: Oh how I love storm watching. The rumbling thunder and spectacular lightshows, to the pouring rain and endless candlelit games of charades during power outages. On the evening of July 27th, 2005 at approximately 9:00pm, my girlfriend and I witnessed an object flying that was, and remains, unidentified. Was its purpose to view the storm, or for the storm to help view it.

The anticipation of an ending record breaking "heat wave" had been felt all day. Finally these 100+ degree daytime highs were going to be crushed by a cold front, resulting in large, severe thunderstorms. In fact, weather reports earlier in the day were claiming that the huge ban of thunderstorms (from Texas to New England) were producing wind gusts up to 60mph, and large hail stones. As soon as I heard the emergency broadcast alerts by means of television, I knew it was coming.
After a few rumbles of thunder were heard, I decided to head outside to watch. It was about 8:45pm and the sun was set, yet there was still a shimmer of light in western sky coming through the clouds of the oncoming storm. I sat in my usual spot on the deck steps. Our deck is roofed which provides excellent storm watching without getting wet. My eyes were wondering back and forth between my 11 month old puppy playing in the yard and the inconsistent flashes of lightning reflecting off neighboring houses.

As I looked to my right, I noticed a bright star in between two parallel power lines from my vantage point. It flickered violently between white and amber colors, just as a star rapidly twinkles in the distance.the object didn't appear to be moving at all and I thought to myself, maybe this is a planet because it seems much larger than even the largest, brightest star. So there I was trying to decipher the object and realized that whatever it was seemed to be under the veil of storm clouds. There was no clear patch in the clouds to peek at the humbling vastness of space. So as I watched this mysterious light in the sky, it became clear that it was moving. I performed many visual tests with stationary objects (power lines) to make sure the object was moving. This went on for about two minutes before I decided to ask my girlfriends opinion and grab my video camera. I began recording for a total of 6 minutes. The glowing object ever so slowly hovers to my east and descends. There was approximately 4 more min of viewing before the object descends below the tree-line and out of view. That are not in this footage.

As far as the objects actual size and distance I have no idea. At approximately 9:45 pm I decided to call the non-emergency line of one of the Norfolk police depts. I asked the officer (or whomever answered my call) if there had been any reports of unidentified flying objects in the area within the past hour or so. He said not at that particular station, but inquired about my sighting. I explained and his response was that a logical explanation was that there is always a high amount of helicopter traffic from local TV stations etc in the area. I thanked the man for his time and hung up. This object was NOT an airplane (although Norfolk International Airport is within about 7 miles from my location). The object was definitely NOT a helicopter (my sister flies CH-46 helicopters for the navy and my father is a retired commander). There were no signs of any flashing beacons. The object was NOT a star or planet due to its movement and location under the clouds.

I am not 100% sure on the following topic of balls of light appearing in storms due to the electrically charged atmosphere so I cant rule it out. More personal research will tell. Here is a video capture in mpeg format from the original, non duplicated hi-8 Sony video camera tape. The transfer appears darker than the original tape, but I didn't want to edit the picture quality in any way. The only editing done is a layer of text with date time location and my name. The most exhilarating image however appears when I took a still photo of the image during the illumination of a lightning flash. I challenge all of you to dissect this footage with my full cooperation to help in ANY WAY NECESSARY. I was privileged to witness this event and hope this footage can provide some stepping stone closer to truth.

Scientists test 'Bigfoot' hairs

Canadian scientists are performing DNA tests on a tuft of hair said to come from a sasquatch, a legendary ape-like creature also known as Bigfoot.

Geneticists at the University of Alberta have been given the hair by witnesses who say it came from the mysterious animal.

The residents of a Yukon town say they saw the creature earlier this month.
The scientists say they think it unlikely that the hair belongs to a giant ape.

Witnesses in Teslin say they saw a tall, ape-like creature lope past a house in the middle of the night, leaving behind large footprints and a clump of hair.

'Scientifically interesting' Geneticist David Coltman says his team will run modern DNA tests on the sample and compare the results to the DNA of large animals that are well-known here, such as bears and bison.

He says the fur is almost certainly from a well-known mammal but he admits it is possible it will not match any known species.

That, he says, would be scientifically interesting and that chance is worth running these tests for.

Stories of a giant ape roaming the western forests of North America date back to before European settlement in Canada.

But despite occasional footprints and photographs, there has never been much proof of the sasquatch's existence.

The witnesses say they are convinced something unusual is living in the woods.
The test results are expected later this week.

I may have seen a bigfoot in the past... strange encounter which I will retell one of these days here at DD.' So don't doubt what you have not yourself encountered... yet!!

I always say when people ask me that the so-called vipers of the movie business would not last a day in the record business. Now Eliot Spitzer's office has decided to prove the point.
"Please be advised that in this week's Jennifer Lopez Top 40 Spin Increase of 236 we bought 63 spins at a cost of $3,600."

"Please be advised that in this week's Good Charlotte Top 40 Spin Increase of 61 we bought approximately 250 spins at a cost of $17K …"

Ironically, it didn't help, as the memo notes that the company actually lost spins — or plays of the record — even though they laid out money for them.

See above: The internal memos from Sony Music, revealed today in the New York state attorney general's investigation of payola at the company, will be mind blowing to those who are not so jaded to think records are played on the radio because they're good. We've all known for a long time that contemporary pop music stinks. We hear "hits" on the radio and wonder, "How can this be?"

Now we know. And memos from both Sony's Columbia and Epic Records senior vice presidents of promotions circa 2002-2003 — whose names are redacted in the reports but are well known in the industry — spell out who to pay and what to pay them in order to get the company's records on the air.

From Epic, home of J-Lo, a memo from Nov. 12, 2002, a "rate" card that shows radio stations in the Top 23 markets will receive $1000, Markets 23-100 get $800, lower markets $500. "If a record receives less than 75 spins at any given radio station, we will not pay the full rate," the memo to DJs states. "We look forward to breaking many records together in the future."
Take Jennifer Lopez's awful record, "Get Right," with its shrill horn and lifted rap. It's now clear that was a "bought" sensation when it was released last winter. So, too, were her previous "hits" "I'm Glad" and "I'm Real," according to the memos. All were obtained by Sony laying out dough and incentives. It's no surprise. There isn't a person alive who could hum any of those "songs" now. Not even J-Lo herself.

Announced today: Sony Music — now known as Sony/BMG — has to pony up a $10 million settlement with New York's Attorney General Eliot Spitzer. It should be $100 million. And this won't be the end of the investigation. Spitzer's office is looking into all the record companies. This is just the beginning.

But what a start: Black-and-white evidence of plasma TVs, laptop computers and PlayStation 2 players being sent to DJs and radio programmers in exchange for getting records on the air. And not just electronic gifts went to these people either. According to the papers released today, the same people also received expensive trips, limousines and lots of other incentives to clutter the airwaves with the disposable junk that now passes for pop music.

More memos: "We ordered a laptop for Donnie Michaels at WFLY in Albany. He has since moved to WHYI in Miami. We need to change the shipping address." One Sony memo from 2002: "Can you work with Donnie to see what kind of digital camera he wants us to order?"
Another, from someone in Sony's Urban Promotion department: "I am trying to buy a walkman for Toya Beasley at WRKS/NY.… Can PRS get it to me tomorrow by 3 p.m. … I really need to get the cd by then or I have to wait a week or two before she does her music again …"
Nice, huh? How many times have I written in this column about talented and deserving artists who get no airplay, and no attention from their record companies? Yet dozens of records with little or no artistic merit are all over the radio, and racked in displays at the remaining record stores with great prominence. Thanks to Spitzer's investigation, we now get a taste of what's been happening.

More memos. This one from Feb. 13, 2004: "Gave a jessica trip to wkse to secure Jessica spins and switchfoot." That would be Jessica Simpson, for whom Sony laid on big bucks in the last couple of years to turn her into something she's clearly not: a star.

And then there's the story of a guy named Dave Universal, who was fired from Buffalo's WKSE in January when there was word that Spitzer was investigating him. Universal (likely a stage name) claimed he did nothing his station didn't know about. That was probably true, but the DJ got trips to Miami and Yankee tickets, among other gifts, in exchange for playing Sony records. From a Sony internal memo on Sept. 8, 2004: "Two weeks ago it cost us over 4000.00 to get Franz [Ferdinand] on WKSE."

Franz Ferdinand, Jessica Simpson, J-Lo, Good Charlotte, etc. Not exactly The Who, Carly Simon, Aretha Franklin or The Kinks. The "classic" is certainly gone from rock.
The question now is: Who will take the fall at Sony for all this? It's not like payola is new. The government investigated record companies and radio stations in the late 1950s and again in the mid 1970s. (When we were in high school, we used to laugh about how often The Three Degrees' "When Will I See You Again?" was played on WABC. We were young and naïve!)
Spitzer is said to be close friends with Sony's new CEO, Andrew Lack, who publicly welcomed the new investigations earlier this year when they were announced. Did Lack anticipate using Spitzer's results to clean house? Stay tuned …

How to Fight the New World Order

The main reason that I put this web site on the World Wide Web was to show you what the reality we live in is really like, behind all lies, illusions, rumors and ignorance. To have this knowledge is the first step in fighting the New World Order. But knowledge without wisdom is dangerous. I see examples of that all the time; good people who dug into this knowledge too deeply, and in their anger and despair did something they hadn't thought through well enough. Actions like that can put you in prison, or worse. The way to fight the New World Order is NOT with violence, no, not even peacefully. The truth is, you can't fight the New World Order in this reality; it's doomed to fail. Many have tried, but no one has succeeded. The reason for this is the following: The reality we live in is commonly called the "3rd dimension". This is a very physical, non-spiritual and very tough place to live in. It is an imbalance of good and evil, where we have let evil take over. That is right, we did it to ourselves. The Illuminati wouldn't be able to exist if we wouldn't have let them get their way. The New World Order would never have been an issue if we wouldn't have let it happen. We created the 3rd dimension.

We are around 6 billion souls with bodies on this planet, and most of us have no clue what is going on around us, only because we have let ignorance substitute knowledge. It is our own laziness and our own egos that have made this reality stick, and here we are. In a reality where good and evil exist, we would like to find a balance between the two. This is not the case here, and this imbalance IS the 3rd dimension. This is the reality where evil has battled and defeated good.

We create our own reality; it doesn't matter how many people tell me otherwise, it is very self evident. Everybody living on this planet have agreed upon the same reality, more or less. Otherwise we wouldn't experience the same things.

Almost every second of the day we are making choices. The choices we make create our future, this is obvious. You make a decision and something happens. You make another decision and something else happens. Then we make a new decision based upon the previous decision, and life goes on; thus we create our own reality. You could have made different choices, and your future would have been different. How often haven't we thought: "Shoot! I should have made a different decision and I wouldn't have been in this mess!" Most people think they are free to make their own decisions, and that no one else is seriously interfering with their thoughts. This is simply not true. The Illuminati have manipulated us for a very long time, and created a reality for us all to live in; a reality THEY want us to believe in. The key here is that 99.9% of the population (or something similar to that) doesn't even know they are manipulated and are living with the illusion that they are free, and free thinkers. Not true. The brilliance of the Illuminati manipulation and the mass mind control is that we don't know that we are under control. Therefore, we can still make choices in life as much as we want, but all choices are limited to the reality we live in. We can not make choices about something we don't know. Thus we can't develop spiritually until we understand that we are manipulated, and we must learn how the manipulation is set up, and by whom. When we finally realize that this reality (the 3rd dimension) is an illusion and a creation of our manipulators, first then can we make choices that take us outside the prison walls. Doesn't this make sense?

But to do this one also has to be very brave. It is extremely scary to disagree with other people and go your own way. It can be a very lonely path to begin with. Fear is what keeps us from seeing the truth in the first place, and fear keeps us from start walking the path in the opposite or different direction from most other people. So those of us who started breaking out from the line of sheep became scared and ran back into the fold again. However, no one said it is an easy task to break loose, because if it was, many people would have done it already. Nevertheless, it is absolutely necessary. The alternative, unfortunately, is a Living Hell on Earth.

This 3rd dimension reality can not be changed by fighting evil with force; per definition that only makes it worse and it will be even more of a hell to live in. Can you fight evil with good? Peaceful demonstrations? By waking people up and then have those enlightened souls go out and fight the enemy? No, that wouldn't be very successful either. That has already been tried quite a few times throughout history; last time was perhaps in the 60's, with the hippie movement. The intention was good, but the resistance was quite easily infiltrated and defeated by the Illuminati. After the movement of the 60's, humanity sank down into an abyss of apathy and violence for some time. A new awakening is taking place again since the late 80's and up to now, but this time we need to do things differently. To understand this situation better, let us ponder the following:

The soul: The soul is immortal, and the soul is YOU. You are not your body and you are not your brain or you mind. You are the SOUL. Your body is your tool here in the 3rd dimension, and you need it to operate here. However, the illusion of time, the agreed upon reality, deteriorates the body eventually. We call it aging and after a certain perceived amount of time the body cannot function anymore, and it "dies". However, only the body dies, you don't. No matter what the Illuminati or anyone else is doing to you, no one can kill you. They can destroy your body and torture your mind, but they can't kill YOU, the soul. This is very important to remember, because the Illuminati control us with FEAR and with TERROR. They need to create threats around us, so we feel unsafe and fear for our lives, and the lives of our dear ones. And to have us fear their threats, they need to have us believe that we are our bodies and that they can kill us. This way they keep us in check. So the first thing to do to fight the Illuminati is to realize that you are an immortal soul, and no matter what they do to you, they can't kill you.

Death: They have also trained us to fear death. They want us to believe one of a few things: 1) This life is all there is. When you die, you are gone and there is nothing more to it (atheism). 2) There is a Heaven and there is a Hell. This is only true if we believe it is true. The Christian belief in Heaven and Hell is another way to control us. By telling us there is an Eternal Fire after death if you don't choose "the right path" is a way to scare us and lead is into another dogma. 3) The Illuminati created all those religions and cults to divide and conquer, to turn man against man in religious wars, and to create a problem, making us ignorant of what is true and what is not. By confusing people with different belief systems, the population is less likely to find their way out of the trap. There is no Hell, except the one we are creating for ourselves, and Heaven is something different from what we're taught. To understand Heaven and Hell we have to understand who or what God is.
God: God is not a man in the sky with a long, white beard. God is not a man at all, and not a woman either. God is sexless, God is the Life Energy. God is EVERYTHING; it is the Universe, it is you, me, the animals, the flowers, the atoms - everything that is. Because everything is energy. You are part of the Life Force or Life Energy, and therefore you can create your own reality. If you are an aware being, maybe your next question will be: "So if I can create my own reality, why am I here in the 3rd dimension, suffering together with the rest of the world?" Most of us are here because we agreed upon this reality. Then why would we agree upon a reality we don't want to live in? Because we are deceived to believe that this reality is all there is. And when you give birth to children, you teach them the same thing, directly or indirectly, by NOT telling them there are more and different realities. You may be religious and teach your children about religion, but they will still be stuck in the agreed upon reality we discussed in the beginning of this article. Another possibility why you are here is that you chose to come here to help humanity out, to help those who want to listen, to learn how to evolve enough to leave the 3rd dimension for good. Now, what happens after death?

Reincarnation: If the above is true, simple math tells us that souls reincarnate over and over again, until we learn our lessons and rise above the trap of good and evil, body and soul, materialism and ignorance. There is almost no other choice than to reincarnate, because we create our own reality, and if we think that the 3rd dimension is all there is, we will do everything in our power to take another body and incarnate in it. I say "almost no other choice", because it all depends on our beliefs and how stuck we are in our dogmas. When your body "dies" and you, the soul, separate yourself from your shell that is your body, you will experience pure joy at first, feel a relief and happiness you were never able to experience in the material world - this has been proven by studying people who were dead for a short time and then came back. This is your native state, and if you are aware, you can choose other games on other levels, but only if you are enlightened enough. Most people choose to reincarnate after they realize they are dead, but if you believe that you are evil and start thinking that you probably will go to Hell, that may be the reality you will experience. So in that sense the concept of Hell is true. Again, if everything is energy, you, in your native state, can create the reality you want. But to choose wisely, you need to be wise. The way to break the cycle of reincarnation is to be more aware spiritually and thus transform from the 3rd dimension to the next, and eventually experience what we may call Heaven, where no good and evil exists, only pure LOVE. Because LOVE is the only truth, the rest is an illusion. Love is equivalent to the soul. Unfortunately, the fear that has been implanted in us since birth prevent us from moving on "between lives". We are afraid of the "unknown", or rather the realities we have forgotten about, and therefore we decide to return to planet Earth, Dimension 3 by taking a new body here. It is an endless cycle, unless we choose to be brave and break it.

What about Jesus, and what about the Book of Revelations? Jesus most probably existed. There are researchers today that say Jesus is a myth, and that there was never a Jesus walking around on Earth. What they mostly build their evidence on is the similarities between Jesus' life and the life of earlier real or mythological figures in different cults and religions, and occult gods and goddesses. According to those stories, Jesus was not the only "savior" born around Christmas and killed around Easter. He was not the only one that had twelve disciples and died on a cross. Do a search for "Mithra" on the Internet, for example. They also refer to the occult symbolism in the Bible, and determine that Jesus must be a symbolic person, a creation of the Illuminati. Then they throw out the baby with the bath water, instead of perhaps looking a little deeper into it. I am certain (and there is evidence of this, discussed elsewhere on my website) that the Illuminati has tampered with the Bible and changed it into an occult dogma to control us. However, that does not exclude that Jesus as a being was here on Earth, trying to enlighten us. The Illuminati have changed the story, trying to tell us that Jesus was the One Son of God, which separates the rest of us from the God Energy and make us less powerful. I don't believe Jesus ever said he was the ONLY son of God. Yes, he was a son of God just like the rest of us, but otherwise, he was a a spiritually enlightened being who chose to come here to teach us something. We killed him for doing so, because we were not ready for his appearance, and we were afraid of him, but the basics of his teachings still live on despite the Illuminati's attempts to change history.
One of the deceptions in the Bible, as I see it, is the Book of Revelations. The Christians teach that this is the outcome, written in stone. Therefore, no "true Christians" believe we should change anything, because what is written in the Book of Revelations is what is going to happen - it is God's will, and we can do nothing, and should do nothing about it. It is obvious that what is written there IS happening all around us; we can quote from the Book and look around and we will see that the Book appears to be correct. This viewpoint is the exact viewpoint the Illuminati wants us to have. This way they can operate more freely to achieve THEIR goals, and those believing that the Book of Revelations is the future are stuck in this reality, together with them. To me it is obvious that the Book of Revelations is ONE direction the future can take, but it is up to ourselves if we want to experience that reality or if we want to change path, because everything is ENERGY and we are able to control energy if we know how. Therefore, the Book of Revelations is a WARNING to mankind of a possible outcome if we don't change our ways of thinking. However, by telling us through a man-made religion that this is the ONLY outcome, it serves the Illuminati well. To understand this better, let's take a look at the concept of time.

Time: Time is not linear, as we are taught to believe. In the third dimension it appears to be so, but that is another illusion. All time exists simultaneously. There is no past, no present, and no future. Everything is a big NOW. We all have, more or less, an infinity of options in life. We make decisions almost every second of our day. The decisions can be simple or they can be more complex. A simple decision could be: should I eat the banana or not? You choose to eat it, but you could have chosen not to as well. Depending on your decision, you create a reality based on that specific decision, and your future in the 3rd dimension will be affected by it. Therefore it is extremely important to try to not think negative thoughts, because you may end up where the negative thoughts lead you. Then you may state: "What did I say? I told you all this negative stuff would happen to me, and look at this - I was right!" Yes, you were right, because YOU made it happen with your thought patterns (energy). To be aware of that all decisions you make create your future, you can start taking steps to change your direction. Just by deciding you don't want to be part of the New World Order is the first step on this level of awareness. From there we need to start seeking for wisdom.

Wisdom: Now we have the knowledge, where and how do we find wisdom? Do we need a guru? No. Wisdom is within ourselves, because we already know everything, due to that we are all part of the God Energy. We just need to be reminded. Meditation is a good tool towards enlightenment. Another is to read and learn from the spiritually enlightened beings who are here around us right now, and from those of the past. Read, ask questions and learn, but remember: the truth is within yourself - whomever you read or ask questions is only a tool for you to remember what you already know - follow your instinct. Your intuition is senior to your intellect. This is not done in one day; it's a process. Nevertheless, it's the only way to avoid being part of the future of the 3rd dimension. In this reality evil will prevail; it's up to each of us to decide whether we want to be part of this future or not.

Summary:
There is only one solution to the New World Order problem and the suffering in the 3rd dimension, and the solution is spiritual. It is what YOU see, perceive and experience that is true for you. When you enlighten people around you by showing them how the 3rd dimension "reality" is constructed, and by pointing out the way to get out of it, you really do the best you can. Some people will listen and find their own path, similar or dissimilar to yours, others will not and will stay in the reality they are in - at least for now. Don't try to force your reality upon others, let each of us find our own journey. Just tell them what you know and perceive, as an inspiration. I don't mean that we should die and take the "easy way out" from the problem, that is not the way it works. The 3rd dimension will always exist as long as there are souls keeping it in place. The way to change things is to change yourself from within. When you see things change around you to the better, it is actually YOU that is changing. If one day you notice that the New World Order is no longer around it is because YOU changed, not the environment. The New World Order at that point STILL EXISTS, but not on the spiritual level YOU are. When this happens, you have done all you can, and the people you see around you in the "New World" without the Illuminati, are the people who followed a similar path.

Also important: Like I have said elsewhere on this web site, don't believe everything because I say so. It is YOUR path and you need to decide which way you want to go and how to get there.

Behind The Bible Fraud - What was the church trying to hide?

When I first spoke to a close Christian friend of mine about the publishing of Tony Bushby's The Bible Fraud, her reaction was one that many Christians have expressed, and one that made me aghast. She didn't want the book available because it would "persuade them away from the Bible and the word of God." Further discussions with her and many other Christians around the world about The Bible Fraud all result in the Bible being quoted as the ultimate reference for the apparent "words of God," and therefore the basis for their arguments. The problem lies in that they believe the Bible is infallible.

If we examine the oldest known Bible to date, the "Sinai Bible" housed in the British Museum (I believe that, during his many years of research, Tony had a private viewing of this priceless book), we find a staggering 14,800 differences from today's Bible and yet it still remains the word of God?

As Tony points out, the history of our 'genuine' Bibles is a convoluted one. Firstly we cannot be sure that we have the full version as it was originally intended. In 1415 the Church of Rome took an extraordinary step to destroy all knowledge of two second century Jewish books that it said contained the true name of Jesus Christ. The Antipope Benedict XIII firstly singled out for condemnation a secret Latin treatise called "Mar Yesu" and then issued instructions to destroy all copies of the book of Elxai. The Rabbinic fraternity once held the destroyed manuscripts with great reverence for they were comprehensive original records reporting the life of Rabbi Jesus.

Later, Pope Alexander VI ordered all copies of the Talmud destroyed, with the Spanish Grand Inquisitor Tomas de Torquemada (1420-98) responsible for the elimination of 6,000 volumes at Salamanca alone.

Solomon Romano (1554) also burnt many thousands of Hebrew scrolls and, in 1559, every Hebrew book in the city of Prague was confiscated. The mass destruction of Jewish books included hundreds of copies of the Old Testament and caused the irretrievable loss of many original handwritten documents.

The oldest text of the Old Testament that survived, before the discovery of the Dead Sea Scrolls" was said to be the Bodleian Codex (Oxford), which was dated to circa 1100 AD. In an attempt by the church to remove damaging Rabbinic information about Jesus Christ from the face of the earth, the Inquisition burnt 12,000 volumes of the Talmud.

In 1607, forty-seven men (some records say fifty four) took two years and nine months to re-write the Bible and make it ready for press. It was, by the order of King James, issued with a set of personal 'rules' the translators were to follow. Upon its completion in 1609, it was handed over to the King James for his final approval. However, "It was self evident that James was not competent to check their work and edit it, so he passed the manuscripts onto the greatest genius of all time... Sir Francis Bacon"

The first English language manuscripts of the Bible remained in Bacon's possession for nearly a year. During that time ... "he hammered the various styles of the translators into the unity, rhythm, and music of Shakespearean prose, wrote the prefaces and created the whole scheme of the Authorized Version. At the completion of the editing, King James ordered a 'dedication to the King' to be drawn up and included in the opening pages. He also wanted the phrase 'Appointed to be read in the churches' to appear on the title page.

The King James Bible is considered by many today to be the 'original' Bible and therefore 'genuine' and all later revisions simply counterfeits forged by 'higher critics'. Others think the King James Bible is 'authentic' and 'authorized' and presents the original words of the authors as translated into English from the 'original' Greek texts. However, as Tony points out, the 'original' Greek text was not written until around the mid fourth century and was a revised edition of writings compiled decades earlier in Aramaic and Hebrew. Those earlier documents no longer exist and the Bibles we have today are five linguistic removes from the first bibles written. What was written in the 'original originals' is quite unknown. It is important to remember that the words 'authorized' and 'original', as applied to the Bible do not mean 'genuine', 'authentic' or 'true'.

By the early third century, it became well noted that a problem was occurring . politics! In 251AD, the number of Presbyter's (roving orator or priest) writings had increased dramatically and bitter arguments raged between opposing factions about their conflicting stories. According to Presbyter Albius Theodoret (circa 255), there were "more than two hundred" variant gospels in use in his time. In 313, groups of Presbyters and Biscops (Bishops) violently clashed over the variations in their writings and "altar was set against altar" in competing for an audience and territory.

When Emperor Constantine conquered the East in 324, he sent his Spanish religious advisor, Osius of Cordoba, to Alexandria with letters to several Biscops exhorting them to make peace among their own. But the mission failed and Constantine, probably at the suggestions of Osius, then issued a decree commanding all Presbyters and their subordinates "be mounted on asses, mules and horses belonging to the public and travel to the city of Nicaea" in the Roman province of Bithymia, the country of Asia. The Presbyters were instructed by the Emperor to bring with them the manuscripts from which they orated to the rabble (that's us!) "wrapped and bound in leather".

Constantine saw in this developing system of belief the opportunity to make a combined state religion and protect it by law. The first general church council was thus convened and the year was 325.

On 21 June, the day of the Summer Solstice, (and under those cult conditions) a total of 2048 "presbyters, deacons, sub-deacons, acolytes and exorcists" gathered at Nicaea to decide what Christianity really was, what it would be, what writings were to be used and who was to be it's God.

Ancient church evidence established that a new 'god' was to be approved by the Roman Emperor and an earlier attempt (circa 210) to deify either Judas Khrestus or his twin brother Rabbi Jesus (or somebody else) had been 'declined'. Therefore, as late as 325, the Christian religion did not have an official god.

After a long and bitter debate, a vote was finally taken and it was with a majority show of hands that Judas Khrestus and Rabbi Jesus both became God (161votes for and 157 votes against). The Emperor effectively joined elements of the two individual life stories of the twin brothers into a singular creation. The doctrine of the Celtic / British church of the west was democratically attached to the Presbyters stories of the east.

A deification ceremony was then performed 'Apotheosis'. Thus the deified ones were then called 'saviours' and looked upon as gods. Temples, altars, and images with attributes of divinity were then erected and public holidays proclaimed on their birthdays.

Following the original example set by the deification of Caesar, their funerals were dramatized as the scene of their resurrection and immortality. All these godly attributes passed as a legal right to Emperor Constantine's new deity, Jesus Christ.

The Emperor then instructed Bishop Eusebius to compile a uniform collection of new writings "bound together as one" using the stories from the large collection of Presbyters as his reference source. Eusebius was to arrange for the production of "fifty sumptuous copies ... to be written on parchment in a legible manner, and in a convenient portable form, by professional scribes thoroughly accomplished in the art". This was the first mention of finished copies of a Christian 'New Testament' in the history of mankind.

As one can imagine, to condense the real life of the Jesus Christ, the Church and His teachings with supporting evidence into a short article is very difficult. It is therefore wise for those who wish to have supportable evidence to read and study Tony Bushby's epic work, The Bible Fraud, along with it's detailed blood lines (family trees) and over 869 references. However, attempting to summarize what Tony has written..... in 325 AD, the first Christian council was called at Nicaea to bring the stories of twin brothers, Jesus 'the Rabbi' and Judas Khrestus into one deity that we now know as Jesus Christ. Tony says they were not born of virgin birth but to Nabatean Arab Mariamne Herod (now known as the Virgin Mary) and fathered by Tiberius ben Panthera, a Roman Centurion. The brothers were raised in the Essene community and became Khrists of their faith. Rabbi Jesus later was initiated in Egypt at the highest of levels similar to the 33rd degree of Freemasonry of which many Prime ministers and Presidents around the world today are members. He then later married three wives, one of whom we know as a Mary Magdalene, a Druidic Princess, stole the Torah from the temple and moved to Lud, now London.

Tony believes the reason Jesus stole the Torah was that he said it contained "a very special secret", which he was going to reveal that secret to the world. He was stoned to death and the Torah taken from him before he could.

The elder brother, Judas Khrestus, with his "Khrestian" followers conspired to take the throne of Rome, his royal birthright, and was captured, tried, and was sentenced to be crucified. (The "Khrestians" and the Essenic army, the Nazarenes, would today be likened to terrorists.) At the trial, Judas exercised his royal birthright to have a replacement in Simon of Cyrene (Luke 23:41) and then was sold as a slave to live out his days as a carpenter in India.

Rabbi Jesus spent a considerable amount of time at the Palace of the British in Rome and sometime around 48 AD, he left for Egypt to pursue his greatest esoteric goal. The spiritual knowledge from his secret education in the Essene and Druid movements was soon to be elevated to the highest level possible - initiation into the innermost rite of the Egyptian temples.

It was probable that Rabbi Jesus' earlier initiation into both the Essene and Druid schools played a major part in his acceptance into the Egyptian school. The Druids could claim a very early origin and the essence of their wisdom was also that of the Essenes. In the case of the Essenes, it is possible to show that their movement was specifically established to preserve secret information, for they knew and used the sacred writing of the Initiates. The full meaning of the point being made by Bushby is that in the case of all Secret Schools, the inner and ultimate Mystery was revealed only to a High Initiate.

Those who were initiated into the Ancient mysteries took a solemn oath never to reveal what had passed within the sacred walls. Every year only a comparatively few Egyptian initiations were conducted, and the number of persons who knew their secrets was never at any time large. The initiations always took place with the onset of darkness and the candidate was entranced for periods of varying length, depending upon the level of the degree for which he had entered.

The first initiatory step involved a forty-day procedure that basically involved purification, not only in physical form, but dissolving all tendencies to evil thoughts, purifying the mind as well. It appears that he would have fasted, alternatively on vegetables, juices and very special herbal concoctions.

The New Testament recorded that this happened to Rabbi Jesus who "was led into the desert.... and he fasted forty days and forty nights" (Matt. 4:1-2).

This trial period involved more than just fasting. During the forty days and nights' ordeal, Tony says the candidate was required to study astronomical charts to supplement his skills in astronomy and memorize charts of the heavens. They were also given a particular ritual from which to memorize certain passwords, secret signs and handclasps, skills that are still practiced to this day in Freemasonry.

These initiations were not limited to Egypt. The ancient civilizations inherited these Mysteries from a remote antiquity and they constituted part of a primitive revelation from the gods to the human race. Almost every people of pre-Christian times possessed its institution and tradition of the mysteries. The Romans, the Druids of Britain, the Greeks, the Cretans, the Syrians, the Hindus, the Persians, the Maya and the American Indians, among others, had corresponding temples and rites with a system of graduated illuminations for the initiates.

The modern world knows little of these ancient rites yet they were conducted in a huge variety of buildings the world over.

The 'Towers' that are found throughout the East in Asia were directly connected with the Mystery-initiations. The candidates for initiation were placed in them for three days and three nights, whenever there was no temple with a subterranean crypt close at hand.

In this aspect of the initiatory procedure, Tony points out a direct Gospel parallel with Rabbi Jesus saying, "After three days I shall rise again", for he knew the finishing process he was to undertake would take three days being a symbol of the period of time required to complete a condition of development. The ancient Egyptian hieroglyphic texts speak of an initiate as 'twice-born', and he was permitted to add to his name the words 'he who has renewed his life', so that on some ancient tomb-inscriptions archaeologists still discover these phases descriptive of the spiritual status of the deceased person.

So little did the later Gospel writers understand the initiatory process that they never perceived they were developing a story that included a Rabbi's (and Arch Druid of Britain) experience in an Egyptian Mystery School.

St Austin (c. 380) asserted that it was generally known in church circles that Rabbi Jesus had been initiated in Egypt, and that "he wrote books concerning magic". In the Gospel of Nicodemus, the Jews brought the same accusation before Pontius Pilate, "Did we not tell you he was a magician?" Celsus (c. 178) spoke of the same charge. In the Clementine Recognitions, the accusation was brought against Rabbi Jesus that he did not perform any miracles but practiced magic and carried about with him the figure of a seated skeleton.

Jewish tradition invariably asserted that Rabbi Jesus learned 'magic' in Egypt. Bushby says the kernel of this persistent accusation may perhaps be reduced to the simple historical element that Rabbi Jesus went to Egypt and returned with far wider and more enlightened views than those of his former religious associates.

Now, I'm sure that many of you are having trouble grasping some of the ideas presented in this article and I congratulate you on taking the effort to read this far. We all need to demand our local Church, the Church scholars, theologians and media make an open examination of the evidence compiled in Tony Bushby's The Bible Fraud. It may rattle some core beliefs but what is more important to you . the truth or what sits comfortably because it's what you've known all you life?

Romanian Monk Is Indicted in Nun's Death

BUCHAREST, Romania - A Romanian Orthodox monk has been indicted in the death of a 23-year-old nun in an apparent exorcism in which she was allegedly bound to a cross, had a towel stuffed into her mouth and left without food for three days.

Four nuns also were indicted Sunday in connection with the death of Maricica Irina Cornici of the Holy Trinity convent in northeast Romania. The prosecutor said Monday authorities were awaiting the results of a second autopsy before deciding how to proceed.
-wow, the net widens

Police said Cornici died Wednesday, three days after she was left in a cold room, without any food. She was bound to the cross, with the towel stuffed in her mouth to stop her from uttering any sounds, authorities said.
A medical examiner's report based on an autopsy concluded the nun died due to dehydration, exhaustion and lack of oxygen, state news agency Rompres reported.
-not a fun way to go, maybe this woman was speaking the truth and they did not want to hear it?

A second autopsy is carried out when there is suspicion of foul play to minimize possible error.

Monk Daniel Petru Corogeanu and the four indicted nuns were charged with depriving a person of liberty resulting in death, but they have not been taken into custody pending results of the second autopsy, prosecutor Ovidiu Berindei told The Associated Press. If convicted, they could face 25 years in prison, said Berindei, prosecutor of Vaslui, a region in northeast Romania.
The monk said Sunday he was trying to "take the devil out of her," N24 news television reported.

When asked whether the nun was mentally ill and in need of medical help instead of exorcism, he told the television station, "you can't take the devil out of people with pills."

The Romanian Orthodox Church has called the death "abominable" and has suspended Corogeanu pending an investigation. However, he refused to recognize the suspension and carried out a funeral service for the nun on Sunday.

Nuns yelled at a vicar who had come to suspend Corogeanu on Sunday, and scuffles broke out, N24 reported. Riot police intervened and order was restored, the television station reported. There were no injuries.
-suspend him?? he should be under arrest until the cause of death is determined and whether he and his associates were the cause of death.

The weird part of all of this is that I believe in demon posession but I don't think the person has to be treated this way to deal with it, furthermore in my past studies of posessed people, I am not aware that anybody has been killed due to an exorcism.

These people may be the evil ones and have killed this woman to shut her up.

Juror Attends Jackson Family's Big Party

SANTA YNEZ, Calif. (AP) - Michael Jackson's family and fans - and at least one of the jurors who acquitted him of child molestation - gathered Friday night for a huge party that was billed as a celebration of thanks.

The pop star himself, who has not appeared in public since his 14-week trial ended Monday, was nowhere in sight.

Among the approximately 400 people who arrived at the Chumash Indian Casino was juror Pauline Coccoz. When she walked into the casino and heard Jackson's music playing, Coccoz said, the enormity of what had transpired hit her.
-I highly doubt she has much more realization than a lizard has..

"They were playing 'Beat It,' and I almost started to cry,"

Tito Jackson has been performing periodically at the casino, and he had been scheduled to appear Friday night before it was decided to turn the show into what one of his band members called a celebration of thanks.

Coccoz said that when someone gave her the wristbands she decided to bring her family, partly as a public display of her confidence in the jury's verdict.

After the trial ended Monday, Coccoz, 45, was among the jurors who criticized the testimony of the accuser's mother. Coccoz also questioned the woman's parenting choices.

Chilling List Could Lead To Biggest Molest Case Ever

SAN JOSE, CALIF. - Chilling, handwritten lists of more than 36,000 suspected sex acts with boys has led investigators to what may be the most extensive case of child molestation in U.S. history.

The lists, written in loopy cursive on 1,360 pages in seven multicolored, spiral-bound notebooks, have names and apparent codes for various sex acts, according to San Jose police. They were found last month in the San Jose home of convicted child molester Dean Arthur Schwartzmiller, 63, who is now in jail on felony molestation charges involving two local 12-year-old boys.
-good of him to keep record of his debauchery though... it will make it easier to put this shyte into a rotting cell for the rest of his life.

"If any of these numbers are even close to accurate, then it is one of the most significant child molestation finds that we have ever encountered," said San Jose Police Lt. Scott Cornfield, who called the case "horrendous."
Headings for the grim logs include "Blond Boys," "Cute Boys," "Boys who say no," and boys by specific sex act, Cornfield said.

Lisa Thornburg, who moved into the neighborhood in March and lives two doors from Schwartzmiller, said she's been suspicious for months - ever since her 9- and 6-year-old sons came home with treats Schwartzmiller purchased for them from an ice cream truck.

"After that, I told them they could ride bikes past his house but couldn't go inside - ever," Thornburg said as her kids played with another neighborhood child in the front driveway.

With Schwartzmiller safely behind bars - held without bail on one count of aggravated sexual assault on a child under 14 and six counts of lewd and lascivious conduct on a child under 14, with each count alleging multiple victims - police were trying to reconstruct his movements over the past 30 years.

A message left for Schwartzmiller's public defender, Irma Gallardo, was not returned Thursday.

Police have also arrested Schwartzmiller's roommate - another convicted child molester - in the home they shared in a middle-class San Jose subdivision. The beige stucco ranch is a 10-minute walk from at least two elementary schools.

The front door was plastered with eviction notices from the landlord, saying the pair had three days to pay $1,850 in monthly rent or face eviction. Half-closed blinds revealed a home office whose floor was littered with power cords, computer manuals, printers, manila envelopes and a bottle of tequila.

The list of names found in the police search of Schwartzmiller's bedroom were categorized according to the type of sex acts performed, the age of the victims and other codes whose meaning is unclear - such as an "F" or "X" at the end of the entry, according to Cornfield. Many of the entries did not include last names, and some appeared to be repeats, making police cautious about estimating how many people Schwartzmiller may have victimized.

"If one-tenth of these numbers are accurate, we're looking at hundreds of victims in a number of states. The reason we want to tell the world about this is because we believe he's been involved in child molestations in a number of countries," said Cornfield.
-not surprised at all, but how did he fund all of this? he had to be a major kiddie porn purveyor.

Schwartzmiller's roommate, Fred Everts, is also in jail after police arrested him last month. He was convicted in 1993 for sodomy and sex abuse in Multnomah County, Oregon, and spent four years in prison before violating parole and fleeing the state.
-hopefully they will not give this shyster easy parolle ever again.

Everts also was charged with child molestation in San Jose, including one count involving one of Schwartzmiller's two alleged victims.
-maybe this is how they got to meet each other?

Police who raided the home seized several computers and a 6-foot-tall server, which is being analyzed by a forensic lab in Menlo Park. Cornfield, who is part of a special police unit specializing in Internet crimes against children, said police are trying to determine whether Schwartzmiller was operating a Web site or otherwise using his computers to lure victims.
-likey both and then some, seems to be a sophisticated operation.

Although police say Schwartzmiller appears to have spent much of the past 30 years in California, he has also been arrested on child molestation charges in New York, Idaho, Oregon, Arkansas and Washington. He has also lived in Nevada, Texas and Washington.
-probably has to move once the heat goes up, I guess that anything goes in Cali' though...

In 1984, the Idaho Supreme Court upheld a 1978 conviction for molesting two 14-year-old boys and characterized Schwartzmiller as a "repeat offender" who "uses his intelligence to take advantage of the weak and oppressed and those who are in need."

Schwartzmiller "frequents areas where young boys may be found, befriends boys with no father figure in the home, entices them from their homes, lowers their natural inhibitions through the use of drugs and alcohol, and commits sex acts upon them," the justices wrote.

He's also wanted in Oregon on felony sexual assault charges involving a minor. After serving prison time in Idaho for child molestation in the late 1970s, he lived in Brazil, and was extradited from there to Idaho again in the late 1980s, Cornfield said.

Schwartzmiller has used aliases including Dean Harmon and Dean Miller.

He apparently gained the trust of victims and parents by working as a home renovation contractor, and it appears that he didn't register as required, so that his history as a sex offender did not appear in the "Megan's Law" databases in California or other states, they said.
-what does his business registration have to do with his being registered as a sex offender in several states... I smell a coverup here!

Sgt. Tom Sims, a supervisor with the department's child exploitation division, expressed frustration that Schwartzmiller has been able to live out of jail for most of his life, despite multiple convictions in several states.
-no kidding!! I know this is a coverup now... who does this guy know?

"There's not a lot parents or the public can do in way of Megan's Law if those people don't register," said Sims. "It's as shocking to me as to you. I've never seen anything like this."
-there is some major problem with Megan's Law if you ask me.

San Jose police got involved after Schwartzmiller allegedly befriended at least two boys in San Jose with gifts, invited them to his house for video games and movies, and molested them.
-thankfully these kids complained and something was finally done

Snohomish County Sheriff's deputies arrested Schwartzmiller May 23 in Everett, Wash. on $2 million in warrants from San Jose. He was extradited to San Jose June 7.

In Snohomish County, Schwartzmiller was charged in February 1997 with one count of first-degree child molestation, two counts of second-degree child molestation and one count of communication with a minor for immoral purposes. He was acquitted later that year by a Snohomish County Superior Court jury.

According to Snohomish County court records, Schwartzmiller, who was 55 at the time, was accused of molesting two brothers, ages 13 and 9, during a four-month period in 1996. The boys described Schwartzmiller as a longtime family friend.

Lynda Pichler of Everett Thursday described Schwartzmiller to The Seattle Times as a longtime family friend who attended Snohomish High School with her parents. She said Schwartzmiller had spent the night at her home the day before his arrest in Everett.

When they were growing up, Pichler and her three brothers were spoiled by Schwartzmiller, she said. She said her own daughters think of him as a grandfather.

Whenever Schwartzmiller was in town "he would spend an afternoon at our house," said Pichler, 45. "He loved to spoil us kids."

In San Jose, Vince Nunez, another neighbor who watched as police searched the home recently, said he's seen Schwartzmiller and Everts working outside on old cars. A rusting, dark green Plymouth Fury sat in Schwartzmiller's oil-stained driveway, covered with a blue tarp held down with rocks.

"This is pretty devastating to the neighborhood," said Nunez, who moved in earlier this year with his three girls, ages 7 to 17. "We're keeping a pretty close eye on all the kids on the block now."

Ross has a history turning the tables in high-profile cases. He was the guy who exposed the sordid past of Bonnie Lee Bakley in the Robert Blake case.

Attorney Tom Mesereau had a blunt directive for Ross. "He said, 'You need to do to the accuser's mother what you did to Bonnie Lee Bakley,'" Ross revealed.

And to do that, Ross needed his own Deep Throat. But unlike Watergate, we don't have to wait years to learn his identify. "The accuser's father was fully aware of and knew that these allegations were not true," Ross said. The father turned Ross on to celebrities like Chris Tucker. Ross got the reluctant actor to spill the beans. "Mr. Tucker, of all witnesses, was the first person to say to me, 'I don't really care that it's Michael Jackson. This is wrong. Someone is being falsely accused.'" Ross said.

Ross also became privy to other witnesses like Jay Leno. As it turns out, the defense had no idea Leno was even involved until the prosecution handed over an audio tape of an interview with Leno that sheriffs had secretly recorded. "These people had to turn over the material to us, and that's how Jay Leno became a witness." Ross told us.
=gee I thought that Leno was a willing witness, now I find out this, at least now I can still have some respect for Leno..

Actor Macaulay Culkin proved to be even better for Jackson. And Ross said that contrary to media reports, Culkin was an easy witness. "Macaulay Culkin was never not going to testify," Ross insisted. "It was never an issue."

But some witnesses weren't always available, like comedy shop owner Jamie Masada. So Ross showed up at Masada's press conference, cleverly blended in with the press corps, even asking questions, and then slapped him with a subpoena.

When the trial got underway, Ross was in a unique position to observe Michael Jackson. He said the King of Pop became the king of Post-It notes. "He would grab Post-Its, write something down, " Ross revealed.

Another mystery beast has surfaced in South Texas, and some say it might be a chupacabra.
=nobody seems to agree on what a Chupa' is yet

The first one surfaced in Elmendorf last year. Now, one man in Luling, east of San Antonio, tells News 4 WOAI he caught a mysterious beast on video tape.
=yeah I love video's of paranormal stuff!!

Chris Coble says he and a friend were driving and saw the creature peer out from behind a bush. “We were driving down the road and he'd seen it, probably about 30 yards off the road,” Coble said of his friend. They were in a wooded area up near Luling. “It was three foot tall, hairless, long, and had like a hunch back,” Coble said.
=gee sounds like a politician..

He brought the videotape to News 4 WOAI. On videotape, the animal looks like it could be a dog or coyote, but Coble says it could be a chupacabra.
=yeah and it could be an elf too... come on already..

A rancher in Elmendorf claimed last year he found a mystery beast on his property. That animal was sent away for DNA testing.
=and ... what happened?

News 4 WOAI went to wildlife experts about the newest claim about the animal in Luling. “I really don't think it is a chupacabra,” Tiffany Soecthing with Natural Bridge Caverns Wildlife Ranch said of Coble’s creature. “I would lean towards a dog that has a hair problem.”
=yeah I would too especially since Tiffany had no fricking idea what the hell a Chupa is!

Soeching said she has seen animals like it before and Coble’s "beast" looks like a wolf hybrid.
=uh? what is that?
